Very few of the items we sell are physical items which might need returning. On the odd occasion when we do sell physical items, the return policy is below.
If you need to cancel social tickets or withdraw from a training session, please refer to the club session cancellations section below.
In line with current legislation, you are entitled to a full refund including the initial delivery charge if you return or cancel a product, or inform the club that you want to return or cancel the product, within seven working days.
Some items are non refundable unless in exceptional circumstances. Non refundable tickets / training sessions are clearly indicated at the time of booking. If you do need to cancel a booking, please contact the club administrator who will issue a refund where appropriate.
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.
Some items can not be returned if they are opened. These include music, software, and video games.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Accepted Methods of Payment
Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.
All online payments are handled securely by World Pay on the World Pay website. Netley Sailing Club do not collect or store any credit card details and will never request you supply any such details.
No compulsory charges are added for using Credit or Debit cards. Members may voluntarily add extra amounts to help cover the cost of processing payments.

Tickets are not issued for social events or training sessions. Please keep a copy of your invoice as proof of payment.
